We carefully prepare all orders with attention to plant health and safe packaging. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

Please Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. We do not ship to some Asian countries and remote locations.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind the quality of our plants and products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your order delivery date. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot process requests received after this period.

Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • In its original condition
  • In the original packaging whenever possible
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Products

To ensure the health and safety of all our plants, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged due to their perishable nature:

  • All live plants including fruit trees (Apple Trees, Avocado Trees, Cherry Trees, Citrus Trees)
  • Flowering shrubs (Azaleas, Camellia Shrubs, Cherry Blossom Trees, Clematis)
  • House plants (Air Purifying House Plants, Carefree House Plants)
  • Ornamental plants (Arborvitae Trees, Ash Trees, Bamboo Trees, Birch Trees, Boxwood Shrubs, Cedars)
  • Berry plants (Blackberry Bushes, Blueberry Bushes)
  • Specialty plants (Banana Trees, Bougainvillea Plants)
  • Seasonal items with specific requirements
  • Clearance items marked as final sale

Important Exception: If your plant arrives damaged or in poor condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will gladly work with you to find a solution.

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Your Request: Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the provided template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. Wait for Authorization: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Ship Your Return: Package the items securely and include the RMA number clearly on the package. Ship to the address provided in your authorization email.
  4. Processing: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process your exchange or refund within 5 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Information

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Refund timing based on payment method:

  • Visa/MasterCard/JCB: 5-10 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Please Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your original order, the standard shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an eligible item for the same product, please indicate this in your return request.
