Returns & Exchanges Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. Please note that due to the perishable nature of many of our products, we cannot process requests received after this period.
Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- In its original condition
- In the original packaging whenever possible
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Products
Due to their perishable nature and to ensure the health and safety of all our plants, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

Note: If your plant arrives damaged or in poor condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will gladly work with you to find a solution.
Return & Exchange Process
- Initiate Your Request: Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the provided template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Wait for Authorization: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Ship Your Return: Package the items securely and include the RMA number clearly on the package. Ship to the address provided in your authorization email.
- Processing: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process your exchange or refund within 5 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund Information
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days. The timing of the refund appearing in your account depends on your payment provider’s policies:
- Visa/MasterCard/JCB: 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
Note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your original order, the standard shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an eligible item for the same product, please indicate this in your return request.
